1) ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that participating in virtual reality (“VR”) activities and location-based entertainment involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to: slips, trips, and falls; collisions with walls, barriers, equipment, staff, or other participants; dizziness, nausea, motion sickness, disorientation, and loss of balance; eye strain; headaches; and other injuries that may be serious. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept all risks, known and unknown.

2) HEALTH WARNING (SEIZURES / MEDICAL CONDITIONS)
I understand that some individuals may experience seizures or other symptoms when exposed to certain visual images or flashing lights. If I feel dizzy, nauseated, faint, or unwell, I will stop immediately and notify Titan VR staff. I confirm I am physically and medically able to participate. If I have any condition that could be affected by VR (including seizure history, heart conditions, or pregnancy), I accept full responsibility for choosing to participate.

3) SAFETY RULES
I agree to follow all posted rules and all staff instructions. I agree: NO RUNNING, NO PUSHING, NO TACKLING, and NO RECKLESS BEHAVIOR. I will use all equipment properly and stay within the designated play area. I understand I may be removed without refund if I act unsafely or fail to follow rules.

4) RELEASE OF LIABILITY (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE)
In exchange for being allowed to participate, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE Titan VR Entertainment, LLC and its owners, managers, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to my participation, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law.

5) DAMAGE / PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
I am responsible for any damage I cause to Titan VR equipment, the facility, or other persons due to unsafe, reckless, or intentional behavior.

6) PERSONAL PROPERTY
I understand Titan VR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

7) PHOTO / VIDEO
I understand security cameras may be used for safety and security. I also grant Titan VR permission to use photos/video taken on the premises for marketing purposes unless I opt out in writing.

8) TEXAS LAW / SEVERABILITY
This agreement is governed by Texas law. If any portion is found unenforceable, the remaining portions will continue in full force and effect.
