General Terms

Titan VR Entertainment provides immersive virtual reality (VR) experiences, including free-roam VR gameplay, birthday party bookings, private group events, and walk-in VR sessions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who interact with our services or use our website.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Hours of Operation

  • Tuesday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Friday – Sunday: 11:00 AM – 12:00 AM
  • Monday: Closed

Reservations and Bookings

  • Walk-in Reservations: Walk-in VR sessions are available during operating hours. No advance booking is required, but availability is subject to current demand.
  • Online Bookings: For specific VR sessions or group events, we recommend online bookings to guarantee availability. Bookings can be made via our website or by contacting our team.
  • Party and Group Bookings: Reservations for birthday parties or private group bookings require a deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

Payment

  • All payments for VR sessions, bookings, and events must be made in advance via accepted payment methods.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by changes in price.
  • For cancellations, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • VR Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full refund.
  • Birthday Parties/Group Bookings: Cancellations for private parties or group bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

Waiver and Liability

  • All players must sign a waiver of liabilitybefore using our VR equipment. If a player is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver on their behalf.
  • Titan VR Entertainment is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during the use of our services.
  • Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Titan VR staff.

 Code of Conduct

  • Respectful Behavior: All guests are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards other players and staff.
  • Safety: Participants must follow safety instructions at all times. Players must wear closed-toe shoes, and any dangerous or disruptive behavior may result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.
  • Age Restrictions: Some VR experiences may have age restrictions. Please inquire before booking if you are uncertain.

Privacy Policy

Titan VR Entertainment respects your privacy. Personal data provided during the booking process will only be used for reservation purposes. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

Titan VR Entertainment reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed about our policies.
